One-day/Two-day Registration Available!

You can now register for one or two full days for the 2017 Annual Convention. The rates are listed above based on member status. This entitles you to all education sessions and conference activities scheduled on the day you choose. A separate fee will apply to evening social events.

Guest Registration

We offer a special guest conference rate at $150 US. The rate includes entrance into the education sessions and exhibition floor. The day pass of $60.00US MUST also be paid if the guest is not staying at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa. The guest cannot be an JDA member or lapse JDA member. The rate does not apply to anyone who is involved in presenting an educational presentation. A Guest pass is good for the duration of the conference. CE’s cannot be earned with a guest registration. Social Event tickets are available for a rate of $50.00US per event. To register a guest, please contact Suzanne Requa Cephas @ sdrcephas.jda@gmail.com.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after February 2, 2017. Phone cancellations will NOT be accepted.
Registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. Cancellation requests MUST be made in writing and postmarked by February 2, 2017 for a Partial Refund of 80%.
NO refunds or credits will be given on site. You will receive your refund within 30 days post-convention.

Cancellation fee structure below:

  • Cancellation refunds do not apply to ticketed meal events.
  • A $25 USD cancellation fee will apply to each Hands-On and CPR Courses. No transfers will be allowed for Hands-On and CPR Courses.
