Montego Bay, Jamaica., February 15-18, 2017

Exhibit in Montego Bay at the 53rd Jamaica Dental Association’s Annual Convention, takes place February 15-18, 2017.

  • Exhibition times are Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 9.00am to 5.00pm through Saturday, February 18, 2017, from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

We would like all exhibits to remain intact until the closing of the show on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 5:00pm. However, if that cannot be accommodated, please ensure that there is as little disruption as possible.   Please advise early, as this will determine your booth assignment.

EXHIBIT BOOTH SPACE: All booths measure as listed above.  Floor plan can be accessed on our website.  All booths are equipped with a backdrop and side draperies. The basic rate includes guard security, general lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, and one extension power outlet.
A 50% non-refundable deposit, per booth, MUST accompany the application.
Applications submitted without a deposit will not be processed until the deposit is received. Reservations for booth-space will not be accepted over the telephone. Balance of payment is due not later than January 7, 2017. Non-payment for space by this date may be interpreted by the Convention Committee to mean that the exhibiting company no longer wishes to reserve space, and the booth reservation will be moved to the waiting list. The JDA reserves the right to resell this space to another company.

For applications submitted after January 7, 2017, full payment must accompany the application.  Full payment of booth fees and any past due debts owed to the JDA must be received before the booth space can be occupied at THE HILTON ROSE HALL RESORT & SPA.

CANCELLATION/REDUCTION POLICY

All cancellations/reductions must be received in writing on company letterhead. Booths cancelled/reduced by January 7, 2017 are subject to a US$50.00 cancellation/reduction fees.
Cancellations/reductions after January 7, 2017 will merit a 50% refund based on the total booth cost. No refunds will be made for cancellation/reductions after February 6, 2017. No refunds and credits will be given on-site – they will be disbursed within 30 days after the convention.
Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their exhibits. The JDA has a policy of not assuming any liability for lost or damaged materials. We are inviting a limited number of exhibitors and tables will be filled on a first come, first served basis. SPONSORSHIP POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

All sponsorships are available to all exhibitors; however, a company that sponsors a JDA convention activity will have the first right of refusal the following year on that same sponsorship opportunity.
Sponsorships will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If multiple applications are received on the same day, a drawing will be held to determine the “winner.”
The balance of the sponsorship fee must be received by January 6, 2017.
No cancellations or refunds allowed after January 6, 2017.
Sponsors must comply with all relevant policies concerning advertising and exhibiting with the Jamaica Dental Association.
